EVELYN J. OSBY
Evelyn J. Osby, 72, of Center, Texas, died January 18, 2022, at Garrison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Garrison, Texas.  Interment was in Westview Cemetery, Center, Texas.   She was born to Ralph Mann and Christine Norris Mann in Center, Texas on October 6, 1949.  Survivors include, Son, Patrick V. Osby of Federal Way, Washington; Daughter, Tomeka Moody (Kenneth) of Timpson, Texas; Brother, Charles Mann of California; Sisters, Helen Goodwin of Center, Texas; Brother-in-law, Gwen Allen Center, Texas.

CHARLES GARRISON HOOKER
Charles Garrison Hooker, 92, died January 23, 2022 at his home.  Interment was in Woods  Community Cemetery, Panola County.  He was born April 11, 1929 in Carthage, Texas, to Eunice Lolette Knight Hooker and Charles Benjamin Hooker.  He served two years in the military.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Sisters, Alliece Smith, Louise Sharp; Brother, Dan Hooker.  Survivors include, Wife, Carolyn Cross Hooker; Children, Jennifer Cumbie & husband Jim, Jeff Hooker & wife Dannett; Sister, Floy Bousman.

DERYL BISHOP
Deryl Bishop, 94, of Joaquin, Texas, died January 22, 2022. She was born July 3, 1927, in Forest Hill, Louisiana, to Ivey and Lessie (Dunn) Cook.  She married  Raymond Hugh Bishop.  They had three children – Michael Raymond Bishop, David Gerald Bishop, and Susan Louise Bishop.

 

McHENRY YARBROUGH
McHenry Yarbrough, 74, of Timpson, Texas, died January 25, 2022. Interment was in Antioch Cemetery, Timpson, Texas.  He was born February 25, 1947 in Nacogdoches, Texas.

ROGER CLIFTON WEAVER, SR.
Roger Clifton Weaver, Sr., 69, of Center, died January 18, 2022, in Tyler.  His wishes were to be cremated.  He was born October 30, 1952, to Elizabeth Pierce and Elmer Weaver.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Son, Roger Clifton Weaver Jr.; Brothers, Ronnie Weaver, Gary Weaver, Eugene Weaver; Sisters, Margaret Burris, Carolyn Ridden.  Survivors include, Daughter, Tammy Smith & John of Center; Sister, Nelda Johnson of Houston; Brother, Billy Weaver of Tennessee.

Jean Forrest, 76, of Center, died January 20, 2022, in Center.  Interment was in Asbury Chapel Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born March 21, 1945, to Merline Brittain and Pershing Sherrod.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, James Earl Forrest; Brothers, Johnny Sherrod, Wayne Sherrod.  Survivors include, Nephew, Shannon Sherrod & Melissa of Chireno; Sister-in-law, Sandra Wilson & Marcus of Center.

James Glenn Gray, 64, died January 23, 2022 in Cleburne Texas. Joseph Orville Yarborough, 78, of Tenaha, died January 16, 2022, in Center.  Interment was in Cold Springs Cemetery, Nacogdoches County.  He was born December 1, 1943, to Lucille Christopher and Eugene “Shorty” Yarborough.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brothers, Troy Franklin Yarborough, Kenneth Eugene Yarborough.  Survivors include, Wife, Elaine Yarborough of Tenaha; Stepchildren, Connie Fletcher of Tenaha, Cathy Lee of Tenaha, Debbie Sims of Shelbyville, Patricia Bush of Center, Dan Windham of Nacogdoches, Donna Penny of Tenaha; Sister, LaGene Yarborough Smoak (Jerry) of Jefferson; Brothers, Bruce Yarborough of Center, Spencer Yarborough of Wills Point; Sisters-in-law, Francis Yarborough Williams, Debra Yarborough, Norma Gene Yarborough.
