I am trying to locate the parents of Margaret C FRAZIER TAYLOR..  She was born in Navarro Co. Texas 13 March 1852.  She Married John Moses TAYLOR  10 Oct. 1871.  They lived in Shelby Co. She died 13 Dec. 1925 and is buried in Jackson Cemetary.  I cannot find her in the 1860 census.  Any help would be appreciated. Frances YATES King at   frances@uci.net

FRANKLIN DEWAYNE BLACKWELL---Graveside service for Franklin DeWayne Blackwell, 22, of Center, was held January 26, 2002 at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Shelby County.  Mr. Blackwell died January 23, 2002 in Shelby County.  Born February 7, 1979, in Center, he was the son of Billy and Lisa Fredieu of Timpson.  In addition to his parents, survivors include a sister, Alana Yarborough of Center; brothers, Gerald Hendricks of Timpson and David Hendricks of Center; and numerous other relatives and friends.   Mangum Funeral Home.
EFFIE SHOFNER DAVIS---Graveside service for Effie Shofner Davis, 82, of Porter was held January 26, 2002 in Corinth Cemetery, Timpson.  Mrs. Davis died January 23, 2002 in Houston.  Born November 15, 1919, in Dierks, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Haskell and Florence Shofner.  She was married to Arthur Clyde Davis and he preceded her in death.  Survivors include son, Jimmie Charles Davis of Houston; sister, Hazel Wilson of Porter; and numerous other relatives and friends.   Taylor Funeral Home.
LADDIE LAVON PARKER---Funeral for Laddie Lavon Parker, 70, of Center, was held January 26, 2002 in Duncan Cemetery.  Mr. Parker died January 23, 2002 in Shreveport, Louisiana.  Born June 3, 1931, in Shelby County, he was the son of Emmett Elige and Annie Maude Sholmire Parker.  Survivors include wife, Dot Parker of Center; sons, Donnie Parker of Seoul, Korea, Robbie Parker of Center, Wesley Parker of Austin and John Parker of Carthage; brothers, Bob Parker and D.H. Parker both of Center; and a host of other relatives and friends.
BEATRICE HALL LAWHORN---Funeral service for Beatrice Hall Lawhorn, 76, of Center, were held January 29, 2002 at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial was in Old Center, Cemetery.  Mrs. Lawhorn was born November 21, 1925 in Breadtown, Oklahoma.  She died January 26, 2002 in Nacogdoches.  Mrs. Lawhorn is survived by children Judy Salas of Center, Patricia Lawhorn of Center and Jerry Lawhorn of Tenaha; and numerous other relatives and friends.
MILDRED SUE HORSLEY PERRY---Funeral for Mildred Sue Horsley Perry, 71, of Center was held January 31, in Watson & Son Chapel.   Burial was in New Hope Cemetery.  Mrs. Perry died January 27, 2002 in Center.  She was born December 16, 1930 in Jefferson County, Alabama and was the daughter of William Claude and Ruth Towers Horsley.  Mrs. Perry is survived by sons, Rev. Bill Berry of Tenaha, Jim Perry of Center, Rusty Perry of Center; and numerous other relatives and friends.
TOL MILLER---Funeral for Tol Miller, 84, of Center was held January 31, 2002.  Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park.  Mr. Miller was born December 5, 1917 in Center to Walter & Annie Reynolds Miller.  He died January 28, 2002.  Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Annie Miller; and sisters, Connie Ford and Dolly Watkins.  Mr. Miller is survived by his wife Betty Miller of Center; sons, Johnny Miller, Richard Miller, both of Center; Eddie Miller of Kirkland, Arizona and Tol Alvin Miller, Jr.  Watson & Son Funeral Home.
CURTIS RANDAL PAXTON---Funeral for Curtis Randal Paxton, 49, were held January 29, 2002 at Restland Cemetery.  Mr. Paxton was born February 24, 1952 and died January 25, 2002.   He was preceded in death by his parents Sam and Frankie Waldon Paxton; and brother Billy Wayne Paxton.  Mr. Paxton is survived by his brother, Alvie Gene Paxton of New London.  Mangum Funeral Home.
BARBARA JEAN SNYDER---Funeral for Barbara Jean Snyder were held February 1, 2002.  Burial was in Johnson Cemetery.  Mrs. Snyder was born May 24, 1949 in Abilene, Texas to Milton and Patricia Jean Spinks Huff.  She died January 29, 2002.   She is survived by her son Eric Snyder of Austin; Daughter, Jennifer Smith of Nacogdoches; mother, Patricia Wagnon of Shreveport; sister, Patsy Phillips of Logansport.  Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
JOE L. WEEKS---Funeral for Joe L. Weeks, 81, of Houston were held January 31, 2002.  Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery. Mr. Weeks was born June 28, 1920.  He died January 28, 2002 in Houston.  Mr. Weeks was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Pearl Davis Weeks; brother, Preston Weeks; and sister Eula Kemp.  Survivors include his wife Lois Weeks of Houston; son Laree Weeks of Houston; daughter, Debra Ann Weeks of Crosby.  Mangum Funeral Home.
CHARLIE BRADSHAW----Funeral for Charlie Bradshaw, 65, a native of Center, was held January 26, 2002 in Dallas, Texas.  Mr. Bradshaw died January 23, 2002.  He was a 1953 graduate of Center High School.  Mr. Bradshaw was preceded in death by his wife Ardene Bradshaw.  He is survived by son, Charles Marvin Bradshaw; daughter Beverly White.
