Mr. Joyce Warren, 89, of Shelbyville, died February 9, 2009 in Center. Burial will be in Rather Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born September 21, 1919 to Clyde and Inez Lout Warren. Preceded in death by, Parents; Wife, Margaret Elizabeth Warren. Survivors include, Sons, George Warren of Shelbyville, J.C. Warren,Jr. of Welsh, LA, Mac Warren of Center, Larry Warren of Center.

Billy Lynn Wilson, 45, of Panola County, formerly of Joaquin died February 8, 2009. Burial was in Lone Cedar Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born July 2, 1963 in Carthage to Billy Mack and Janice (Conway) Wilson. Preceded in death by, Grandparents, Reba and Tom Conway of Tenaha and Lillian “Dutch” and Gene Wilson of Joaquin. Survivors include, Sons, Trey Wilson of Branson, Missouri, Ty Wilson of Logansport; Parents, Billy Mack & Janice Wilson of Converse, La. formerly of Joaquin; Brother, Rusty Wilson of Joaquin.

    Jesse Waymon Brown, 86, of Center, died February 10, 2009 in Center. Burial will be in West Hamilton Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born February 16, 1922 in Shelby County, Texas to Allen Headrick Brown and Alice Pearl Wilburn Brown. He served in the United States Naval Service and the Civilian Conservation Corps. Preceded in death by, 1st wife, Louise Haley Brown, 2nd wife, Opal W. Brown; Infant sons, Jerry Wayne and James Allen; Brother, Alvin Brown; Sisters, Margie Vaughn, Catherine Lynch, Bernice Brown.
