He was born in Emory, Texas on March 21, 1938 to James Roszell Hall, Jr. and Golda Vo Anderson. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Wife, Wanda Latham Hall; Sister, Mozelle Hall Kunkel; Brother-in-law, Dale Gosnell. He served his country in the U. S. Army.
