JoAnn Lindsey, 79, died March 20, 2013 after a long battle with cancer and Alzheimer’s. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson, Texas. She was born September 19, 1933 to Luther and Celeste Tyer Lindsey in Timpson, Texas. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Brother, Kenneth Ray Lindsey. JoAnn Graduated from Timpson High School in 1950. Survivors include, Sons, William Ronald Davis, Gilmer Randall Ross, Charles Mitchell Ross, Jr., Larry Wayne Ross, Jimmy Earl Deason; Daughters, Jamie Jo Deason Stegall, Teresa Ann Adams.

Buster Ray Soape, 84, of the Old Center Community, died March 25, 2013 at his residence. Interment was in Old Center Cemetery, Panola County. He was born June 23, 1928 in Panola County to Joe and Fannie Mae Johnson Soape. He retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of service.
