David Swanzy to Speak at Monthly Shelby County Museum Meeting - March 30, 2011

Shelby County Museum will have their regular monthly meeting, Tuesday, April 19th at 6:30 at the Museum. David Swanzy will speak on the subject of "Two Centuries in East Texas" from the book by George Louis Crocket from his book written in 1932. Everyone is invited to attend and learn of Crocket's revealing facts about the early days of Shelby County

HAROLD OSBORNE
Harold Osborne, 70, of Center, died March 26, 2011 at his home. Burial was in White Rock Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born October 1, 1940 in Bicknall, Indiana to Thomas and Ruth Elizabeth Ackerman Osborne. Mr. Osborne served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He was preceded in death by his father.
