Jimmy Lamar Ware, 71, of Nacogdoches, Texas, died March 27, 2010. A family memorial service will be held at a later date. Jimmy was born to Ralph Lamar and Katie Crump Ware on October 11, 1939 in Panola County. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Daughter, Elizabeth Locke Ware Powitzky. Survivors include, Sisters, Frances Ware Bowlin of Tenaha, Rose Maude Ware Culver of Hutto, Tx; Grandson, Ben Powitzky of Houston; Former wife, Judy Ming Ware of Deer Park.

BARBARA COOK
Barbara Cook, 69, of Joaquin, died March 29, 2010 in Center. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Shelby County. She was born Sept. 27, 1940 in Joaquin, Texas. She was preceded in death by, Father, John E. Davis; Sister, Betty J. Davis. Survivors include, Husband, Albert J. Cook of Joaquin; Sons James A. Cook & wife Rebecca of Brenham, TX, John B. Cook & wife Angie, of Troutman, North Carolina, Jerry M. Cook & wife Annette of Joaquin; Daughter, D’Ann Anderson & husband Robert of Houston, TX.

TOMMY ASHTON
Tommy Ashton, 35, of Center, died March 26, 2010 at his residence. Burial was in Old Salem Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born December 11, 1974 in Athens, Texas to Rickie Ashton and Dorothy McKinney Ashton. Survivors include, Father, Rickie Ashton of Ft. ALLA MAE RICHARDS
Alla Mae Richards, 91, of Pasadena, TX, died March 23, 2010 in Pasadena. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery, Shelby County. She was born August 6, 1918, in Timpson, TX, to John C. and Viola B. Ramsey Richards. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Sister, Mary Evelyn Tilley. Survivors include, Sister Ona Belle Ash of Houston.

Inez Childress Menefee Schluens, 89, of San Antonio, died March 26, 2010 at her residence in San Antonio. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center. Thomas Owen McLean, 68, of Center, died March 25 in Huntsville, Texas. Burial was in Martinsville Cemetery, Nacogdoches, Texas. He was born November 30, 1941 in Houston, Texas to James McLean and Vera Dement. He was preceded in death by his parents. Donald Wilbanks, 37, of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, died March 29, 2010 in Tyler. Burial will be in Wimberly Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born December 29, 1972 in Ft. Jackson, South Carolina to Donald Ray Wilbanks and Ella Faye Beck Wilbanks. DR. MILTON WILKINSON
Dr. Milton Wilkinson, 91 of Round Rock, formerly of Center, died March 28, 2010 in Austin. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery, San Augustine County. He was born October 13, 1918 to Eugene and Letha Mitchell Wilkinson. He served in the US Air Force during WWII where he retired as a 1st Lt.
