            The 30th annual Leo and Ada McSwain Memorial Family Reunion will be held in Colmesneil Texas at the McSwain "lakehouse" on Saturday, May 26, 2007.  This reunion was started in 1978 by the children of Leo and Ada McSwain and has been held in Colmesneil ever since. The living children of Leo and Ada are Norma George, Odell Hart, and E.C. McSwain. There will be family, food, pictures, and family info.     The fourth MYERS FAMILY REUNION will be Saturday June 9, 2007 in the fellowship hall at Ramah Baptist Church. Bring a covered dish for lunch and plan on staying all day. CLEDITH RANKIN
    Dee Rankin, 68, of Timpson died May 7, 2007.  Cremation was requested.  Born January 15, 1939, she was the daughter of Clarence Evans and Rolfernene Harris Freeman.  Mrs. Rankin was a Homemaker.  Survivors include Mother Rolferene Freeman of Nashville, Arkansas; Husband Larry K. Rankin of Timpson; Daughter Theresa Anderson of Timpson; Son, Greg Stringfellow of Palestine; Sisters, Treila Bea Howell of North Carolina, Rita Treece of Nashville, Arkansas, Ann McQuire of Georgia; Brother, John Evans of Alaska. Mangum Funeral Home.
MILDRED BALDWIN WOODS
    Mildred Baldwin Woods, 93, of Tenaha died May 7, 2007.  Burial was in Restland Cemetery, Shelby County.  Born March 1, 1914, in Panola County, she was the daughter of James Samuel Baldwin, Jr. and Valta Lee Goolsby Baldwin.  She worked as a Bookkeeper in her husband business.  She was preceded in death by Infant son and Infant daughter; Brothers, Edmond Baldwin, James Baldwin; Sisters, Grace Baldwin .  Survivors include husband J. Lloyd Woods.
ROBERT E. PRICE
    Robert E. Price, 53, of Center died May 10, 2007, at his residence.  Burial was in Huntington Cemetery, Angelina County.  Born April 5, 1954, in Lufkin, he was the son of Artice and Maxine Bryan Price.  Mr. Price was preceded in death by his parents.  Survivors include Brothers Kenneth Price of Center, James Price of Lufkin and George Price of Center; Sisters, Helen Shoffitt and Lillie Davidson, both of Lufkin.  Mangun Funeral Home.
GERALD DON HOOPER
    Gerald Don Hooper, 69, of Arlington died May 9, 2007, at his residence.  Burial was in Jackson Cemetery, Shelby County.  Born November 28, 1937, in Longview, he was the son of William Forest Hooper and Odell English Hooper.  Mr. Hooper is a veteran of the US Air Force.  Survivors include Daughter, Veneica Kay Mora of Arlington; Sons, Randall Lee Hooper of Euless and John Jefferson Hooper of Euless; Sisters, Ferna Davis of Linden, Dessie Lee Meadows of Longview and Virginia Ann Reeves of Longview.  Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
RUTH HAIRE
    Ruth Haire, 98, of Tyler died May 10, 2007 in Tyler.  Burial was in Rather Cemetery.  Born October 7, 1908, in Mossville, Mississippi she was the daughter of Wiley W. Haire and Minnie Lee Meadow.  Ms. Haire was preceded in death by her Parents, Wiley W. Haire and Minnie Lee Meadow and Brother W. S. Haire.  Survivors include Sister-in-Law, Bobbie Haire of Dallas.  Mangum Funeral Home.
JOHN ROY HETHERINGTON
    John Roy Hetherington, 55, of Logansport, died May 9, 2007.  Cremation was requested.  Born February 29, 1952, in Bossier City Louisiana, he was the son of John Roy Hetherington, Sr and Dorothy Mae Moore Hetherington.  Survivors include wife, Colleen Hetherington of Logansport; Daughters, DeeDee Hetherington of Dallas, Emily Ann Hetherington of Logansport; Sons, John R. Hetherington of Logansport; Sister, Dottie Bringle of Joplin, Mississippi;  Brothers, Lane Hetherington of Panama, Oklahoma, Michael Hetherington of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Johnny Hetherington; Father and Step-Mother, John R. Hetherington, Sr and Dorotha Hetherington of Cameron, Oklahoma; Mother-in-Law, Margaret Hathorn of Center.  Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
