JACK LOUT
Jack Lout, 82, of Center, died May 6 in Tyler after a brief illness.  Interment was in Rather Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was born in Shelbyville on September 19, 1938 to J. P. and Bertha Lout. He served in the US National Guard. Survivors include, Son, Shad & wife, Casey; Brother, Jimmy & wife, Paula.

BETTY LOU ANDERSON
Betty Lou Anderson, 88, of Humble, formerly of Lufkin, died May 09, 2021 in Humble.  Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born August 6, 1932 in Center to Thelma (Lansford) and Odis Walker.  She graduated from Center High School.  She was preceded in death by, Parents; Daughter, Teresa Hogue Hutto; Sister, Ovia Biggar.  Survivors include, Son, Tony Coleman & fiancée Betsy Peavy of Central; Sister, Ruby Eddins of Humble; Brother, Tommy Walker of Euless.

WADE DEWANE HOWELL
Wade Dewane Howell, 29, of Shelbyville, died May 9, 2021, in Nacogdoches.  He was born January 16, 1992, in Yuma, Arizona, to Mark Howell and Lezlie Hughes Howell. Survivors include, His yellow lab, Buddy; Parents, Mark & Lezlie Howell of Shelbyville; Brother, Clinton Howell & wife Sheryll of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

LEE VERN WILLIAMS STOTTS GILLIAM
Lee Vern “Leevern” Williams Stotts Gilliam, 82, of Joaquin, Texas, died May 4, 2021, at home with family. Interment will be in Carroll Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born to Andrew Williams Sr. and Accie Richardson Williams April 23, 1939 in Ashton Hill-Shelby County Texas.  Survivors include, Daughters, Levarie Cloudy (Arthur) of Center, Rosalind Stotts (Wade) of Houston, Pamela Barnes (Bobby) of Logansport, Louisiana, Novelle-Tina Gatlin (David) of Logansport, Louisiana; Sister, Bertha Mae Jack of Houston, Texas; Brothers, Juan Williams and Junior Williams of Joaquin, Texas, Robert Williams of Houston, Texas.

STEVE TOMLIN
“Dobber” Steve Tomlin, 68, of Center, died May 5, 2021, at home in Center.  Interment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was born July 8, 1952, in Center, to Thomas “T.E.” Tomlin and Hattie Mae Andrews Tomlin.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Daughter, Audra Leigh Tomlin Rutledge.  Survivors include, Sons, Clarence Tomlin (Nicole) of Campobello, South Carolina, Logan Strozier (Erika) of Inman, South Carolina; Brother, Melvin Tomlin (Margie) of Tenaha.

MARCILLE HANCOCK HUGHES
Marcille Hancock Hughes, 96, died May 05, 2021. WYNONA NANCE
Wynona Nance, 83, of Cypress, died May 6, 2021, in Cypress.  Interment was in Strong Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born October 23, 1937, in Shelbyville, to John Dewey Miller and Alice Mae Goings Miller.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, Eugene Lee Nance; Parents; Son-in-law, Pepper Dan Groleau.  Survivors include, Children, Jennifer Groleau, John Nance, Eugene Nance II & wife Starla; Sisters, Wilda Beth VarneyGlenda Faye Jeffcoat.
