JOHN POPE
John Pope, 78, of Nacogdoches, died May 20, 2012 in Nacogdoches. Interment was in Blackjack Cemetery, Nacogdoches County. He was born February 28, 1934 in Madisonville to James Pope and Bonnie Thompson Pope. Mr. Pope served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Three Sisters; Seven Brothers. Survivors include, Sons, Fred Pope of Center, Donald Witt of Splendora, Ronald Witt of Splendora; Daughters, Bonnita Alford of Splendora, Juanita Smith of Splendora; Sisters, Audrie of Bryan, Faye of Bryan, Barbara Jean of Houston.

Rosie Estes Permenter, 97, of Magee, Mississippi, formerly of Shelby County, died May 17, 2012 in Magee.  Interment was in Wimberly Cemetery, Shelby County. She was born October 12, 1914 to John Elzie and Susie Chambless Estes. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Husband, Wiley Permenter; Daughter, Shirley Austin.  Survivors include, Adopted Son, Johnnie Austin of Galveston; Adopted Grandson, Ronnie Austin of Louisiana.

GEORGE HENRY HUTCHERSON
George Henry Hutcherson, of Hallsville, Texas, died May 20, 2012, in Longview, Texas. According to his wishes, George will be cremated and his ashes buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson, Texas. He was born June 6, 1926, in Horatio, Arkansas to William and Bertha Hutcherson.. He served his country in the United States Marines in the Pacific Theater on Saipan and Tinian. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Siblings, William, Arthur and Frances Hutcherson Farmer; Daughters, Holly and Shela. Survivors include, Wife, Donna Dean Hutcherson; Sons, Lamar Hutcherson & wife, Patty of Magnolia, Texas, Michael Hutcherson & wife, Leanne of Highland Village, Texas, Mark Hutcherson & Charlotte of Deer Park, Texas; Brother, Charles Hutcherson of Center, Texas.

Frances Merle Oates, 80, of Oletha, died May 19, 2012 in Waco, Texas. Interment was in Old Union Cemetery in the Grosebeck, Texas area. She was born November 2, 1931 in Oletha to Perry Newton Brown and Bertha Favors Brown. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Sister, Helen Engram; Son, Johnny Joe Oates.
