OBITUARIES

 

REX RICHARDS
Rex Richards, 82, of Center, died June 16, 2023, in Nacogdoches.  He was born January 17, 1941, to William “Bit” Richards and Mozelle Richards.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Daughter-in-law, Kim Richards; Sister-in-law, Jan Permenter;  Brothers-in-law, Jerry Permenter, Mike Permenter.  Survivors include, Wife, Suzanne Richards; Son, David Richards & wife Michelle; Daughter, Donna Richards; Sister, Mary Shy; Mother-in-law, Betty Permenter; Brother-in-law, Jim Permenter; Sister-in-law, Janie Permenter.

BARBARA ANN PARKS EDWARDS
Barbara Ann Parks Edwards, 73, of San Augustine, Texas, died June 15, 2023, at CHI St. Luke Health Memorial in Lufkin, Texas.  Interment will be in Redland Cemetery.  Survivors include, Daughters, Aretha Dennis of San Augustine, Dorsella Lister (Artis) of San Augustine, Dellmetria Roberts (Kendrick) of Katy; Brothers, Maurice Parks (Verline) of San Augustine, Steve Parks of San Augustine, Vernon Parks (Sherry) of Nacogdoches, Darwett Parks (Doris) of Huxley.
