TRUDIE MAXINE GOLDING CHRISTIAN
Trudie Maxine Golding Christian, 101, of Tenaha died July 2, 2023. Interment will be in Old Union Cemetery. She was born on September 28, 1921, to Joel Eddie Golding and Maude Aby Harvey Golding of Huxley, Texas.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, Charlie B. Christian; Parents; Daughter, Charlotte Anne Christian;  Brother, G. L. Golding; Sister, Lona Belle Golding Wheeler; Brothers, Thurman Ross Golding, Eddie Eugene Golding.  Survivors include, Children, Carolyn Kay Christian Morse & husband Ronald of Center, Calvin Brown Christian of Tenaha, Carla Christian Looney & husband Mark of Tenaha; Sister-in-law, Beth Golding.

BEVERLY ANN SHORT GRIFFIN
Beverly Ann Short Griffin, 85, died June 30, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. Interment will be in Westview Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born on June 25, 1938 in Center, Texas.  Survivors include, Brother, Harold Short of Dallas.

BARBARA ANN ALFORD SMITH
Barbara Ann Alford Smith, 81, of Tenaha, Texas, died July 2, 2023, in Center, Texas. Interment was in Restland Cemetery, Tenaha, Texas.  She was born on July 25, 1941, in Center, Texas, to John “Jake” Bail Alford and Bennie Evelyn Cobb Alford. She graduated from Tenaha High School Class of 1959. She was preceded in death by, Father, John “Jake” Alford; Brother, Larry Hoyt Alford; Sister, Brenda Daniels; Brother-in-law, Kenny Donahoe.  Survivors include, Husband, Jerry Smith; Mother, Bennie Evelyn Alford; Sons, Michael Wayne Smith & wife Robyn, Ronnie Alan Smith & wife Joann, Terry Brian Smith & wife Ramona; Brothers, Johnny “Randall” Alford & wife Ione, John Bail Alford Jr. & wife Lori; Sisters, Nancy Donahoe, Joyce Sloan & husband Mike.
