Cotton Phelps and Katherine Phelps. He served his country in U.S. Marine Corp. He was preceded in death by, Father, B.N. Cotton Phelps; Grandparents, Rosco and Goldie Roberts, Sidney and Emma Phelps. Survivors include, Mother, Katherine Phelps; Brother, Jerry Phelps & wife Pam of Center; Nephew, Nathan Phelps & wife Amber of Center.
