The Britnell reunion will be held on August 30, 2008 (Saturday of Labor Day Weekend), from 10:00 to 3:00 at the Family Life Center at the First Baptist Church in Winnie, Texas! The Netherly 14th  Family Reunion will be July 25th - July 27, 2008. The fish fry, picnic and talent show will be at the Community Recreation Center,
San Augustine Street, Center, Texas 75935.
The events are as follows:
Friday, July 25th will be the fish fry - 6:00pm - 10:30pm.
Saturday, July 26th will be the picnic - 10:00am - 5:00pm.
Saturday, July 26th will be the talent and fashion show- 7:00am - 10:00pm.
Sunday, July 27st will be Sunday Services - 7:45am - 9:00am, Sunday worship
service will be held at the Todd Springs Baptist Church.

   Jerry W. "Boe" Jeans, 67 of Basile, Louisiana. died July 14, 2008.  Burial was in Lone Cedar Cemetery in Shelby County.  He was born in 1941 to Walter E. and Ella Bella Jeans.  Preceded in death by Parents and Brother, E. B. Jeans.  Survivors include. Wife, Elizabeth Hall Jeans; Daughters, Winona Jeans Boudreaux and Mary Jeans Couty; Son, James W. "Dubby" Jeans; Sister, Helen Powdrill; Brothers, Louis E.    Evelyn Louise Ramsey, 81, of Wichita Falls, Texas died July 14, 2008.  Burial was in New Prospect Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born December 31, 1926 to Lem and Susie Mosley Eakin.  Preceded in death by Parents, Husband, Jack Shepherd Ramsey and Brother, Lovis Eakin.  Suvivors include, Daughters, Janet Twining of Wichita Falls and Barbara Coker of Springlake; Sister, Wanda Fitts of Lufkin.  Taylor Funeral Home
   Inez Wiley Wieser Cockrell was 79.  Burial was in Sholar Cemetery, Joaquin, Texas.  Born March 21, 1929 to John and Annie Mildred Wiley.  Preceded in death by Husband, Bill Cockrell, Parents; Sister, Sophie Beaver; Brother, Marion Franklin Wiley and Son, Baby Patrick.  Survivors include, Daughters, Doris Weninegar of London, Kentucky, Edie Wheeler of Grand Cane, Louisiana, Carilene of Saginaw, Michigan, Connie Owens of Shreveport, Louisiana and Kathy Lafitte of Shreveport, Louisiana.  Mangum Funeral Home
   Michael Allen "E. T." Childress, 44, died July 20, 2008 at Tyler.  Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.  Born June 22, 1964 to Charles Allen and Loretta Watson Childress.  Survivors include, Sons, Joshua Dane Childress of Joaquin, Michael Brandon Childress of Joaquin, Charles Dakota Childress of Joaquin; Daughters, Amanda McCoy Shadix of Timpson, McKenzie Nicole Childress of Joaquin, Diamond Michael Childress of Campti; Parents, Charles and Loretta W.    Frances E. Schulkins, 87, of Henderson died July20, 2008.  Burial was in Jackson Cemetery, Joaquin, Texas.  Born August 20, 1920 to Vernon and Nettis Haley Frazier.  Preceded in death by Parents, Husband, Frank Schulkins, Sisters, Vernie Hilton, Myrtle Lee David and Nettie Lou Seago.  Survivors include, Sisters, Jessie Frazier Beebe of Shreveport, La. and Elsie Frazier Coleman of Meadville, Ms.
   Robert "Bob" Ross, 55, of Joaquin died July 23, 2008.  Burial was in Lone Cedar Cemetery in Shelby County.  Born February 25, 1953 to Robert Leo Ross and Lorene Brawley Ross.  Survivors include, Wife, Geraldine Bridges of Joaquin, Daughters, Becky Adams of Galloway, Jaime Dawson of Deadwood, Son, Jason Ross of Deadwood, Mother, Lorene Ross of Joaquin Sister, Cimmarron Parks of Huntsville, Brother, John Russell Ross of Joaquin, Father, Robert Leo Ross.  Watson and Sons Funeral Home
