Ruby Gunnels, 89, of Center, died August 8, 2012 in Houston, Texas. Interment was in Spann’s Chapel Cemetery, Shelby County. She was born November 20, 1922 to B. O. “Bid” and Jewell Defee Potts. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Husband, Bill Gunnels; Brother, Jack Potts; Sisters, Billie Murph, Mary Francis Potts. Survivors include, Children, John Gunnels & wife, Martha of Livingston, Marilyn Ellis & husband, Robert of Houston; Sister, Bettie Willis of Center; Brother-in-law, A. L. Murph of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Sisters-in-law, Claudine Buckner of Center, Gay Gunnels of Center.

ERVIN A. “Jack” LANGFORD
Ervin A. "Jack" Langford, 90, died August 10, 2012 in Nacogdoches. Interment was in Old Salem Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born October 19, 1921, in Martinsville to parents George Leroy Langford and Buelah Wall Langford. Mr. Langford served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Wife, Pauline "Polly" Langford; Brother, George Langford; Sister, Opal Langford Murdock.
Survivors include, Sons, Gerald Langford, Gary Langford & wife, Caye Lyn, all of Nacogdoches; Daughter, Linda Perkins & husband, Jim of Woden.

Edgar Earl “Ed” Green, 74, of Shelbyville, died August 12, 2012 in Center. Interment was in Carroll Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born November 21, 1937 in Shelby County to Bro. Elmo Green and Lera McMahon Green. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents. Wilburn “Levis” Worsham, 89, of Joaquin, died August 9, 2012 at his residence. Interment was in Jackson Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born August 20, 1922 in Joaquin to Wilburn Dewey Worsham and Mamie Stone Worsham. Mr. Worsham served his country in the United States Army 96th Infantry during World War II.
