He served his country in the U. S. Army. Survivors include, Sons, Scotty Neal of Shelbyville, Texas, Nathan Neal & wife, Kea of San Augustine, Texas; Daughter, Jennifer Neal of Orange, Texas; Mother, Bessie Bryan of San Augustine; Sisters, Vonda Rachal of Lufkin, Kayla Moore of Washington, D.C.; Brothers, Perry Neal, Gary Neal, Terry Neal all of Kennard, Texas.
