The Shelby County Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting October 17, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Shelby County Museum on Pecan Street. Our guest speaker this month will be Mr. Larry Hume. He will be speaking to us about World War I. It is the 100th anniversary and he will tell us what is being done in Shelby County in remembrance of this time of our history. Everyone is invited to attend.

He was born February 19, 1948, in Atlanta, to Drewie Marshall Bradshaw and Olean Cross Bradshaw. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by, Father, Drewie Marshall Bradshaw.
