The Shelby County Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting on November 15, 2011 at 6:30 P.M. in the Shelby County Museum.  The speaker this month will be Jim Forbes.  Mr. Forbes will speak on forecasting and facts concerning our area.  Everyone is invited to attend.

Paul Harris, 63, of Timpson, Texas, died November 2, 2011 in Nacogdoches, Texas. He was born May 23, 1948, in Nacogdoches, to L. C. and Marion Tyson Harris.
