RICKEY L. SMITH   
Rickey L. Smith, 61 of Nacogdoches, died Sunday, November 6, 2022 in Nacogdoches.
Services entrusted to Community Funeral Home, Center, Texas.

 

GEORGIA DAVIS BATTLES
Georgia Davis Battles, 92, died November 5, 2022 in Henderson, Texas.  Interment was in White Rock Cemetery, Shelby County, Texas.  She was born August 16, 1930 to Lucette  and George Davis in Hallsville, Texas.  She is preceded in death by parents, husband Rev. Clayton Battles, brothers Billy Davis and Earl Davis.  She is survived by daughter Janice and Hus. Ronnie Lake of Henderson; sister Maudie Leach of Carthage; brother Homer Davis and wife Glenda of Omaha; three grandchildren & five great-grandchildern.

KELLEN E. ARNOLD
Kellen E. Arnold, 82, of Joaquin, Died October 26, 2022, in Joaquin.  Internment was in Martin Cemetery in Panola County.  He was born January 11, 1940, to Vera Caraway Arnold and Tony Arnold.  H eis preceded in death by mother, Vera Arnold; father, Tony Arnold; brothers, J.T. Arnold, Joe B. Arnold, and D.L. “Tucker” Arnold; sister, Wanda J. McNiel; and infant sister, Abigail.  Survived by: Wife, Mary L. Arnold of Joaquin; Daughter, Joan M. White and husband Terry of Minooka, Illinois; Sons:
James L. Arnold and wife Colleen of Minooka, Illinois; Kellen E. Arnold II and wife Madonna of Mazon, Illinois; Five Grandsons; Sisters: Willie Ann Arnold of Henderson
Winnie Lois Webb of Overton; Brother, Billie D. Arnold of Joaquin.
