Maxine Beeman Hayter, 83, of Nacogdoches died November 13, 2004. Burial was in Mt. Herman Cemetery. Born July 20. 1921, in Cleburne, she was the daughter of Ross and Elizabeth Beeman. Mrs. Hayter was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Adel Chalene. Survivors include husband Russell L. Hayter, Sr. of Nacogdoches; sons, Russell L. Dovie Mae Cole, 83, of Tyler died November 13, 2004 in Tyler. Burial was in Sholar Cemetery. Born September 1, 1921, in Joaquin, she was the daughter of Edward Nathan Whiddon and Mildred Beatrice Daniels. Mrs. Cole was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Herman Wyatt Cole and brothers and sisters. Lamar "Pete" Collins, 91, of Shelbyville died November 15, 2004, in Center. Burial was in Shelbyville Cemetery. Born September 19, 1913, in Shelby County, he was the son of Simeon W. and Sallie Bagwell Collins. Mr. Collins was a retired construction worker and owner of Pete Collins' Grocery.
