Do you know where anyone could find pictures and classes of Jackson School. I attended school there in 1933 or 1934.  I would like to have any of the information you have on Jackson School near the old English store.

I'm trying to find information concerning the Paxton Family who lived in Shelby County, Texas in 1850-1880.  My great-grandfather was John J. (Jackson) Paxton who was the son of William Garland (W. G.) Paxton and Nancy
Jane (N. J.) Weaver Paxton.  John J. Paxton married Mary E. Mayfield (born July 25, 1963, died April 2, 1880) sometime in 1877 or 1878.  Born of that marriage was my grandmother, Ada Bell Paxton (born March 7, 1879). Mary E. Mayfield is buried in the Methodist Cemetery in Center, Texas.  That is the only information I have about her.    I would like to know who her parents were and where Mary was born.  I've got quite a bit of information on John J. Paxton, his second marriage to Laura Maura Dillon, his siblings and parents. Thank you for any help you can give me. Eyvonne Moser eyvonne@sbcglobal.net 2
