OSWELL LAMAR MARTIN
Oswell Lamar Martin, 86, died December 3, 2021, in Nacogdoches, Texas.  Interment was in Martinsville Cemetery.  He was born on November 3, 1935, in Nacogdoches, to Quillon Oswell Martin and Lessie Bridges Martin.  He was preceded in death by, Wife, Kay Martin; Parents; Sister, Margaret Hardy and husband, Tommy; Brother, Bruce Martin.  Survivors include, Son, David Martin & wife JoAnna; Daughter, Janet Lucas; Sister-in-law, Martha Dunham & husband, Joe; Sister-in-law, Vickie Martin.
Services under the direction of Laird Funeral Home, Nacogdoches, Texas.

SARAH JUDITH WELCH
Sarah Judith “Judy” Welch, 87, of Shelbyville, died December 8, 2021, in Center.  Interment was in Rather Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born February 12, 1934, in Beaumont, to Andrew Charles Sobert and Hattie Perkins Sobert.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, James Bird Welch; Sons, James Nathan Welch, Norman Boyd Welch; Brother, Andrew C. Sobert.  Survivors include, Sons, Gordon Andrew Welch & wife Debbie of Shelbyville, William Roy Welch of Shelbyville; Brother, Paul Rogers Sobert of Richmond, Virginia.

DOROTHY JEANNE PEDDY
Dorothy Jeanne Peddy, 92, of Tenaha, Texas, died December 9, 2021.  Interment was in Ramah Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born on December 11, 1928, in Baytown, Texas to James T. Chambers, Sr. and Grace Best Talbert. She spent her early years in Baytown, later moving to Tenaha where she attended Tenaha High School.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, Walter C. Peddy Jr.; Father, James Talmadge Chambers Sr.; Mother, Grace Best Talbert; Daughter-in-Law, Pam Peddy; Son-in-Law, John Moore.  Survivors include, Children, Cynthia Adkins of Clear Lake, Cathy Moore of Tenaha, George Peddy (wife Karen) of Garrison, Karen Peddy of Kingwood; Sisters, Doris Hargraves of Winnie, Dela Mae Hill (husband Doyle) of Nacogdoches; Half-brother, James T. Chambers, Jr. of Tenaha.

ANGELA HOLLOWAY
Angela “Cozy” Holloway, 59, of Center, Texas, died December 10, 2021.  Interment was in Mt. Herman Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born on April 6, 1962, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Paul and Ann Rocha.  She was preceded in death by, Father, Paul Rocha.  Survivors include, Husband, Kirk Holloway; Sons, Kevin Woolf, Joseph Woolf & wife Candy; Brother, Ricky Rocha; Sister, Cindy Morgan & husband Kenneth.

EDWARD LYNN TYER
Edward Lynn Tyer, 82, of Spring, Texas, died December 12, 2021, in Spring, Texas. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson, Texas.  He was born on October 24, 1939, in Timpson, Texas, to Eugene Debbs and Lottie Estelle (Rhodes) Tyer.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Wife, Judy Lynn Tyer; Sister, Paula Jean Philen.  Survivors include, Sons, Greg Tyer & wife, Henrietta, Gary Tyer & wife, Sarah; Stepsons, Craig Spencer & wife, Loris, Eric Spencer & wife, Arlene; Sister, Janice Epperson.

Lee Edward Suell, 70, of Center, died December 12, 2021, at his home.  Interment was in Thompson Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was born December 10, 1951 to  Matthew Lee and Emma Lee Suell. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brother, M. L. Suell, Jr.  Survivors include, Daughter, Katrina (Ryon) Martell of Pasadena; Brothers, James (June) Suell of The Colony, Texas, Melvin (Mattie) Suell, Sr. of Center, Elzie (Mary) Suell of Shelbyville, Marlon (Pam) Suell of Shelbyville, Ray Suell, Sr. of Shelbyville; Sisters, Ruth Soria of Shelbyville, Patsy Hall of Shelbyville; Sister-in-law, Brenda Berry of Center.

DOUGLAS LAMAR DOLAN
Douglas Lamar Dolan, 82, of Shelbyville, died December 13, 2021, in Tyler.  Interment was in Strong Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was born October 26, 1939, in Houston, to Mable Miles and Oscar Dolan.  He served his country in the United States Marine Corps.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  Survivors include, Sons, Andrew Dolan & wife Lindy of Whitehouse, Brandon Dolan & wife Jamie Lynn of Shelbyville; Daughter, Christy Tolbert of Oklahoma; Sister, Margaret Anderson of Dallas.

HARVIS BOOKER WADE, SR.
Harvis Booker “H. B.” Wade, Sr., 85, of Shelbyville, died December 14, 2021, at his residence in Shelbyville, Texas.  Interment was in Haley Bush Cemetery, Bland Lake, Texas.  Survivors include, Sons, Harvis B.
