Obituaries
DOROTHY JEAN LAWSON SHIELDS BROWN
   Dorothy Brown, 83, of Nacogdoches, died December 17, 2002.  Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park.  Born July 27, 1919, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of Thomas Brocker and Olga Hansen Lawson.   She was married to Ralph Shields and Thomas Brown, Jr. and they preceded her in death.  Survivors include daughter, Helen Campbell of Houston and Kaye Abel of Nacogdoches; stepdaughters, Janis Brown McCauley of Garrison, Wanda Brown Roberts of Houston and Cindy Brown Blake of Waxahachie.  Garrison Funeral Home.
