Obituaries
K. W. DECKER
   K. W. Decker, 87, of Timpson died December 24, 2004, in Center.  Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery.  Born November 24, 1917, in Stockman Community, he was the son of Killis Wayne and Nora Talmadge Decker.  Mr. Decker was a farmer and postal carrier and a Veteran of World War II.  Survivors include wife, Lucille Brittain Decker of Timpson; son, Kenneth Decker of Timpson; daughter, Nancy Stephens of Timpson.  Taylor Funeral Home.
VIVIAN LURLEAN OSWALT MILLER
   Vivian Lurlean Oswalt Miller, 84, of Austin died December 24, 2004, in Austin.  Burial was in Strong Cemetery, Shelby County.  Born October 24, 1920, in Huxley, she was the daughter of Avery Parm Oswalt and Jewel Odessa Dockens Oswalt.  Mrs Miller is survived by husband, Wilson Miller; daughters, Vivian M. Miller and Deborah Bates; son Gary Miller; sisters, Hortense Fleming and Darlene Westburg; brothers, Avery Oswalt, Joe Oswalt and David Oswalt.  Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
JUANITA GOODWYN
   Juanita Goodwyn, 86, of San Augustine died December 24, 2004, in San Augustine.  Burial was in Rather Cemetery, Shelby County.  Born July 5, 19181, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of G. C. Eddins and Irene Passmore Eddins.  Mrs. Goodwyn was a Homemaker.  She was married to J.B. Goodwyn, and he precedes her in death.  Survivors include daughter, Kay Goodwyn of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; son, James Goodwyn of Center. Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
JAMES FRED KYLE
   James Fred Kyle, 77, of Logansport, Louisiana died December 26, 2004, in Shreveport, Louisiana.  Cremation was requested.  Born February 25, 1927, in Eldorado, Arkansas, he was the son of Dewey Van and Minnie Clydelle Grace Kyle.  Mr. Kyle was a teacher and a WWII veteran.  Survivors include wife, Shauna Kyle of Logansport, Louisiana; daughter, April Kyle of Logansport and Jamie Kyle of Shreveport; sons, Karl Kyle of Houston, Rob DeChamplain of Deadwood, Rodney DeChamplain of Pleasantville, New Jersey and Ron DeChamplain of Madera, California.  Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
