Tony Harland Barclay, 79, of Frisco, died January 16, 2019, in Frisco. Interment was in Woods Post Office Cemetery, Panola County. He was born February 19, 1939, in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, to Ernest J. Barclay and Alma L. Stone Barclay. He served his country in the US Navy.
