Julious Ellis Windham, 89, of Bossier City, Louisiana, died April 28, 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born March 17, 1928 in Center, Texas to Nancy (Nannie) Seago Windham and Ellis Windham. He served his country the U. S. Navy and the U. S. Air Force, where he retired after 26 years of service. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Wife, Thelma Laverne Bailey Windham; Son, Glynn Edward Windham; Sister, Frances Windham Glaze. Survivors include, Daughter, Linda Windham Nein of Brentwood, Tennessee, Dr. Alexander G. Nein of Brentwood, Tennessee.

CARMEN RENEE BASS
Carmen Reneč Bass, 50, of the Dotson Community of Panola County, Texas, died May 13, 2017 at her home. She was born August 27, 1966 in Carthage, Texas to M. D. “Jock” and Muriel Brevard Bass. At the age of five, Carmen lost her mother and she was raised by her sister, Hazel, in Shelbyville. She attended Shelbyville High School graduating with the class of 1984. She proudly served her country in the U. S. Army. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Brother, Ronnie Bass. Survivors include, Her loving spouse, Beth Bass of Dotson Community; Sisters, Hazel Risinger of Patroon, Judy Foster & husband, Dick of Beckville; Brother, Danny Bass & wife, Brenda of Patroon.

Debbie Parker, 61, of Joaquin, died May 10, 2017. Her wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned.  She was born September 19, 1955, in Vidor, to James Kenneth Clevenger and Opaline Smith Clevenger.
