ALBERT SPENCER HAMILTON
Albert Spencer Hamilton, 81, of Joaquin, Texas, died June 22, 2023.  Interment was in Jackson Cemetery.  He was born in the Lone Cedar Community on September 22, 1941, to Curtis Leard Hamilton and Pairlee Taylor Hamilton.  Spencer graduated from Joaquin High School with the Class of ’59.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Sister, Winl Hamilton; Brothers-in-law, Tommy Lilly and Daniel Baker; Sister-in-law, Wanda Hamilton.  Survivors include, Wife, Doshia Hamilton; Daughter and son-in-law, Sandi and Jeb Barney of Carthage, Daughter, Vicki Hamilton and Gary Nixon of Gillis, Louisiana; Son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Alicia Hamilton of Joaquin; Brother, Julius Clifford Hamilton; Sisters, Tillie Lilly, Fay Baker.

JERRY WILLIAMS
Jerry Williams, 69, of Center, died June 19, 2023, at Pine Grove Nursing Home.  He was born June 30, 1953 in Shelby County.  He was preceded in death by, Parents, Mr. L. T. Williams and Mrs. Anna Ruth McCollister Williams; Sisters, Diann Williams Harper, Lee Gale Williams Hester, Darlene "Tina" Williams Jackson; Brother, J.W. Williams.  Survivors include, Wife, Annie Winn; Children, Glenda Williams, Jeremy Williams (Jessica), Codelle Hines (Vida), Breanna Winn, Jerquita Williams (Ryan); Siblings, Linda Oliver (Charlie), Brenda Williams, Jessie Lee Williams, Brenelsa "Retta" Williams.
Services are under the direction of Community Funeral Home, Center, Texas.

HAROLD VONICE WARR
Harold Vonice Warr, 93, of Center, died June 23, 2023, in Center.  Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center.  He was born February 22, 1930, to Von Warr and Mecie Lucas Warr.  He served in the US National Guard.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brothers, Zelmo Bud Warr, Elroy Kilroy Warr, Edsel Warr, James Warr; Sister, May Warr.  Survivors include, Wife, Maudie Warr of Center; Daughters, Marilyn Barnard of Hallsville, LaWanda Warr of Beckville; Brother, Lloyd Warr; Sister, Juanell Brown; Stepdaughters, Charlene Dawson, Darlene Brown; Stepson, Delbert Beckham.

CHARLES RAYMOND HALL
Charles Raymond Hall, 78, of Center, died June 25, 2023, in Center.  Interment was in Buckner Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was born June 15, 1945, in Center, to Ellis Hall and Dovie Buckner Hall.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Twin Brothers, Jimmy Neil Hall and James Martin Hall.  Survivors include, Wife, Patricia Hall of Center; Children, Billy Barnett & wife Marsha of Joaquin, Kelli Snider & husband Hayden of Center, Shelli Haley & husband David of Center; Sister, Evone Johnson & husband Beamon; Brother-in-law, Billy Thompson & wife Trish of Timpson.

DOROTHY MARIE EDDINS WHITEMAN
Dorothy Marie Eddins Whiteman, 82, died June 19, 2023.  She was born December 1, 1940.  She was preceded in death by, Parents, L. C. Eddins and Dorothy Eddins; Brother, Billy Eddins.  Survivors include, Daughters, Tina Roddy & husband Richard of Timpson Texas, Kimberly Whiteman of Tyler,Texas, Stacy Whiteman of Tyler,Texas; Brother, Bobby Eddins; Sisters, Nancy Drew, Faye Smith.

Services are under the direction of Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.

 

JUDITH LEA JACKSON ADAMS
Judith Lea Jackson Adams, 66, of Tenaha, died June 25, 2023, in Nacogdoches.  She was born March 16, 1957, in Houston, to Paul Jackson Sr. and Annie Ruth Stevens Jackson.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, James Holly Adams; Parents; Brothers, Raymond Jackson, Paul Jackson Jr., Dan Jackson.  Survivors include, Children, Jonathan Eubank & wife Brandy, Joe Daniel Adams, Jeremy Adams, Aaron Adams, Joshua Adams & wife Megan; Brother, Jimmy Jackson; Sister, Sheila Wiggins & husband Chuck

RANDALL WAYNE MASSEY
Randall Wayne Massey, 69, died June 21, 2023 at his home in Houston, Texas.  Interment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center. He was born October 18, 1953, in Center Texas to Cecil and Mary Eldred Jones Massey.  Randy was an accomplished businessman in the Oil and Gas Industry, creating two companies, M&R Exploration and then Mass Energy Co.  Survivors include, Children, Katherine Grace Massey, Alison Mary Eldred Massey, Genevieve Elise Massey, Jones Thomas Massey; Brothers, C. Scott Massey & wife Aimee of Shreveport, Johnnie H Massey & wife Lisa of Kerrville, Mark Massey & wife Wendy of Clear Lake Shores.
