Steve J. Stephens, 92, died July 10, 2025, in Center, Texas. Interment was in White Rock Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born on November 24, 1932, in Shelby County, Texas, to Hamp S. Stephens and Dovie (Smith) Stephens. He graduated from Center High School and went on to serve his country with honor in the United States Army during the Korean War.
