Henry Herbert Stephens Jr., 60, of Shelbyville, died September 17, 2016, at his residence. Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas. He was born March 8, 1956, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Henry Herbert Stephens, Sr. and Barbara Ann Owens Stephens. He served his country in the United States Navy.
