Magalis Yanez Perez, 48, of Nacogdoches, died October 12, 2021, in Nacogdoches.  Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas.  She was born March 29, 1973, in Cardenas, Tabasco, Mexico, to Victorio Yanez and Petronila Perez.  She was preceded in death by, Father, Victorio Yanez.  Survivors include, Husband, Areli Antonio Echeverria of Nacogdoches; Children, Ricardo Echeverria of Mexico, Maria Elena Echeverria of Nacogdoches, Estefania Echeverria of Center, Areli Antonio Echeverria of Nacogdoches, Briseida Echeverria of Nacogdoches.

Linda Sue Hutto Schlageter, 67, died September 10, 2021, in Texas City.  She was born August 12, 1954 to James Vernon Hutto and Wanda Ohm Smith.  She was  preceded in death by, Grandparents, Ezra and Luella Hutto, Eldon Ohm Sr., Dorothy Turley; Father, James Vernon Hutto; Mother, Wanda Ohm Smith; Father-n-law, Philip Schlageter; Mother-n-law, Patricia Schlageter.  Survivors include, Husband, Bob Schlageter; Sons, Cody (Lacy) Schlageter, Casey (Candace) Schlageter; Sister, Deborah Carlisle; Brother, Steve (Diane) Hutto; Brothers and sisters-n-law, Philip (Lynn) Schlageter Jr., John Schlageter, Cindy (Roger) Schneckenburger, Tim Schlageter Sr., Matthew Schlageter, Kevin (Diane) Schlageter, David (Kim) Schlageter.  Visitation will be held on Friday October 22, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at James Crowder Funeral Home, located at 401 Texas Avenue, La Marque, TX. 77568. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church located at 1224 Cedar Dr. La Marque, Texas 77568. He graduated from Shelbyville High School.  He  served his country in the United States Navy.  He was preceded in death by,Parents; Wife, Virginia Lee Cockrell Duncan; Former wife, JoAnn Browning Ross; Daughter-in-law, Sharon Duncan.  Survivors include, Son, David & wife Susan Duncan of Longview, Texas; Son, Dayne & wife Shellye Duncan of Groesbeck, Texas; Son, Douglas & wife Diane Duncan of Carrollton, Texas; Former wife, Ruth Chandler Duncan.
