She was born December 10, 1945, in Center, Texas to Arbie Alec and Zelma Viola Wilkinson Flournoy. She graduated from Timpson High School Class of 1964. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Brothers, Dalton Flournoy, Clifford Flournoy, Paul Flournoy.
