DARRELL SHOFNER, SR.
Darrell Shofner, Sr., 82, of Center, died November 10, 2017, at his residence. Interment was in Latham Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born January 19, 1935, in Shelbyville, to Henry Marvin Shofner and Annie Zella Litton Shofner. He served his country as Airman First Class in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brother, Prentice Shofner; Sisters, JaNell Sanford, LaMerle Fleming. Survivors include, Sons, Johnny Darrell Shofner Jr. & wife, Tammie of Center, Jeb Stuart Shofner & wife, Pam of Center, Nathan Forrest Shofner & wife, Denise of Shelbyville; Brother, Jarrell Shofner & wife, Tommie of Jasper; Brother-in-law, William Sanford.
