The Shelby County Historical Society would like to invite everyone to come by and see our new exhibit.  Roger and Judy Doyle have a wonderful collection of artifacts of the Civil War Era they have on display at the Shelby County Museum.

Jana Lee Clark, 49, of Longview, Texas, died October 11, 2015 in Longview. Her wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. She was born April 9, 1966 in Longview to D. G. Clark and Virginia Towsend Clark. Survivors include, Children, Miranda Harris & husband, Tom of Yulee, Florida, Meagan Borough & husband, Bret of Longview, Daniel Marr of Longview; Sisters, Judy Clark Faulkner & husband, Mike of Missouri City, Texas, Rhonda Clark McCrohan & husband, Tom of Denison, Texas; Brother, Alton Hurst Clark & wife, Beth of Center, Texas.

Mary Page Conway, 82, of Center, died November 20, 2015. Interment was in Short Cemetery, Shelby County. She was born November 21, 1932 to Fred Corbit Page and Lillie Mae Perry Page. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Brothers, Jerry Page, Fred Taylor Page; Sister, Nora Olene Page. Survivors include, Daughters, Jan Smith & husband, Carl of Shelbyville, Ann Fleming & husband, Dan of Shelbyville, Carol Burks & husband, Charles of San Augustine, Sherry Bryan & husband, Victor of Center; Son, Wayne Bailey & wife, Linda of New Summerfield; Sister, Billie Wheeler of Center.

Linda Daniels, 68, of Timpson, died November 23, 2015 in Tyler. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Center, Texas. She was born February 21, 1947 in Center to Richard Henry and Bernice Hanks Henry. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Husband, Ray Daniels. Survivors include, Children, Kathy Parra of Center, Linda K. Daniels of Center, Reba Daniels of Center, Ronnie Daniels of Center, James Daniels & wife, Vanessa of Center.
