He was born April 8, 1973 in Port Arthur, Texas to Shelley and Michael Alton Hughes. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael A. Hughes; Grandparents, Alton and Betty Hughes, and E.R. and Jo Stone. Fountain Scott. He served his country in the United States Army. Following his retirement from the Army, Mr. Scott worked as a policeman and a fireman for the City of Center for 22 years.
