Clara Fern Harrison Christensen, 89, of Mesa, Arizona, died July 1, 2015 in Mesa. Services will be held at Corley Harrison Family Cemetery, Tenaha, Texas at a later date. She was born on July 15, 1925, to Wiley Braxton and Maude Corley Harrison in Tenaha, Texas. Fern graduated from Tenaha High School. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Husband, Warren Christensen; Son-in-law, Allen Bradshaw; 6 Brothers and Sisters. Survivors include, Daughters, Donna Jarzyna & husband, Mark, Cheri Bradshaw.

ALEX JOE TRAVIS
Alex Joe “Jay” Travis, 89, of Beckville, died July 19, 2015 at his home. Interment was in Shiloh Cemetery, Rusk County. He was born on June 26, 1926, to Alvis and Martha Taylor Travis. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Wife, Zettie Mae Smith Travis; Son, Tommie Joe “Jody” Travis. Her request was that family and friends gather and have a big Italian dinner in honor of her family. The family will have a private graveside service at a later date.
