Week ending October 10, 2019
-----------------------------------------------------

The Shelby County Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting on October 15, 2019 at 2:00 P. M. in the Shelby County Museum on Pecan Street. The speaker this month will be Mrs. Fannie Watson. She will be speaking on the history of our 1885 Shelby County Historic Courthouse. Mrs. Fannie taught school for many years, most of those years in the Center School District, and did extensive research on the Historic Courthouse with her gifted and talented students. It will be interesting to hear what they found in their search. Everyone is invited to attend.
